CLEANING STAINLESS STEEL
1. Do not use CHLORINE
Chlorine disrupts the unique surface protective layer of stainless steel. Corrosion occurs when this layer is broken. Therefore, always make sure that the products you use do not contain chlorine.
2. Avoid ABRASIVES and wire rods
When cleaning stainless steel surfaces of workbenches, washing tables or other stainless steel furniture, it is better to avoid using agents containing abrasive components. This will avoid degrading and scratching this surface. Do not use conventional or liquid sand or even salt. Baba advice such as the use of toothpaste if it contains abrasive ingredients is also unsuitable. Do not remove dried dirt even with a wire brush or the coarse part of a dish sponge. For cleaning, you can use, for example, a microfiber cloth or a sponge from the smooth side.
3. Maintenance of stainless steel with a SPECIAL product
This does not mean that you must not use detergent. The degreaser itself will help remove dirt, but it will no longer polish and protect the stainless steel surface. Therefore, the use of special stainless steel cleaners is recommended.
4. Stainless steel can withstand NATURAL CARE
You can also use baking soda, vinegar or citric acid to remove dirt without remorse, which is very useful for removing limescale from stainless steel sinks or sanitary containers. Baking soda, on the other hand, can perfectly remove dirt and vinegar will give everything a beautiful shine when spread dry. After using natural cleaners, always do not forget to rinse the surfaces thoroughly with water.
